Now, a licensed facility with several full-time caregivers, the CCDC is an innovative model of a program that positively impacts recruiting, staff retention and company loyalty. Our Revenue Incentive Plan is another way that we encourage every employee to have a stake in our success and our clients' success. It's a monthly incentive bonus program based on profitability and revenues. By promoting individual responsibility and challenging our employees to make the most efficient use of resources, the RIP allows us to keep costs competitive without sacrificing quality. While maintaining a strong business focus, we also strive to be a good corporate citizen in our community.
